Assemblyman Manuel P�rez Delivers 'Welcome Address' At 8th Annual Commercial Real Estate Investor Forum Oct. 7

PALM DESERT (Calif.) - Assemblyman Manuel P�rez, D-Coachella, will deliver the welcome address at The 8th Annual Commercial Real Estate Investor Forum "Beyond The Bubble" Oct. 7, it was announced today.

Dr. Esmael Adibi, director of the A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research at Chapman University, will deliver the keynote address followed by Vic Cooper, partner of Market Watch, a nationally recognized real estate advisory company. Cooper will give real time forecast market strategies about new home construction and the resurgence of commercial development.

There also will be panel discussions by top commercial brokers about land, office, retail, and multifamily real estate investment opportunities: Land: Susan Harvey of Desert Pacific Properties and Kate Rust of NAI Capital; Office: Ingrid Baddour of Baddour & Associates and Dick Baxley of Baxley Properties; Retail: Kathleen Howard of NAI Capital, Inc and Heather Sharp of Sharp Commercial, Inc; Multi-Family: Scott Wilson and Milburn Stevens of Wilson Johnson Commercial; Industrial: Polo Doria of Lee & Associates and Barney Upton of Baxley Properties.
